Guidelines - Papers for Review

Registration

Once a paper is accepted the registration phase begins. The authors have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.

Make sure to add US$ 25 for each money transfer for Bank Administration Fee
Non Student Author (first paper): US$ 400
Student  Author (first paper): US$  350
Extra paper (per paper, 2nd paper and onwards): US$ 250
Extra page charge (per Page): US$ 50
Conference Attendees:  US$ 175

All the conference attendees should be registered. Only registered authors can participate in conference and present their papers. If the registered author is absent, another co-author if his/her status can present the paper. If a student availed the deduction facility while registering and he/she is unable to make it,  then another co-author student can present the paper. Only full time scholars and students can avail the student deduction facility. Students should submit the scanned copy of the Identity Card along with the Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the College/University.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form electronically.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard  Conference Proceedings.   Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) is 10 (ten) )pages

Step 4 - Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to scietechconf@gmail.com

All submissions have to be made through the Easy chair Conference papers submission system in https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icibsos2014 The paper template for Paper Review can be downloaded here.


NOTE: Those who do not have an Easy chair account will need to create one.

Guidelines - Camera Ready Paper Submission
Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) is 6 (six) pages. The paper template for Camera Ready can be downloaded here.

General Guidelines
All papers must conform to standard.


NOTE: Whenever you submit a paper to ICIBSoS2015, you must adhere to these General Guidelines. Failing this will result in rejection.
